- Professional Qualifications: Architect Partners should hold a professional degree in architecture from a recognized institution. Typically, this includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Experience and Expertise: Architect Partners should have a significant amount of experience in the field of architecture, including a proven track record of successfully completed projects. The level of experience required may vary, but it is often expected that Architect Partners have a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience. They should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and project management.
- Leadership and Management Abilities: Architect Partners should have strong leadership qualities and the ability to lead architectural teams effectively. They should be capable of managing and coordinating complex projects, overseeing multiple aspects of design and construction, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
