Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled PTE Instructor to join our team. As a PTE Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and guidance to our clients, enabling them to achieve their desired scores in the Pearson Test of English (PTE) exam. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals improve their English language skills in all aspects tested in the PTE, including speaking, writing, reading, and listening.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct PTE training sessions for individuals or small groups, employing a variety of teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, materials, and exercises that align with the PTE exam format and content.
- Assess students' language proficiency levels and create personalized learning plans to address their specific needs and goals.
- Provide constructive feedback, monitor progress, and track performance through regular assessments and mock exams.
- Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
- Stay updated on the latest PTE exam trends, changes, and best practices to ensure the delivery of up-to-date and relevant instruction.
- Offer guidance and strategies to help students improve their overall language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Address students' queries, concerns, and challenges promptly, offering clear explanations and guidance to enhance their understanding.
- Collaborate with other team members, including counselors and visa consultants, to provide holistic support to clients throughout the immigration process.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress, and communicate regularly with clients regarding their development.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in the PTE exam format, scoring criteria, and content areas.
- Previous experience as a PTE instructor or English language teacher, preferably with a focus on test preparation.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with a clear and neutral accent.
- Familiarity with various teaching methods and tools for effective language instruction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best results.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying schedules and client needs.
