**Roles and Responsibilites-**
- **Assistance in Recruitment Events**: Support the planning and execution of recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment practices, and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation such as offer letters and employment contracts.
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences, and assist in tailoring recruitment strategies accordingly.
- **Learning and Development**: Take advantage of opportunities for learning and professional development in the field of human resources and recruitment, seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
- **Adherence to Company Policies**: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to recruitment, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes and procedures, suggesting and implementing enhancements where appropriate.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
