**Qualifying Criteria**
- Qualification: ANM, GNM and BSc. Nursing.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills to absorb and share information
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Must have pediatric Vaccination experience

**Who Do We Look For?**
- **Pediatric Vaccination**: Administer vaccinations to pediatric patients according to established guidelines, schedules, and protocols.
- **Patient Assessment**: Conduct thorough health assessments of pediatric patients prior to vaccination, including reviewing medical histories and ensuring eligibility for vaccinations.
- **Education and Counseling**: Provide parents and guardians with information on the importance of vaccinations, potential side effects, and answer any questions to alleviate concerns.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date vaccination records for pediatric patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with pediatricians, healthcare providers, and support staff to coordinate vaccination programs and ensure seamless patient care.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly and effectively to any adverse reactions or emergencies during the vaccination process, following established protocols.
- **Infection Control**: Implement and adhere to infection control measures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for pediatric patients.
- **Health Promotion**: Participate in health promotion activities, including educating parents on preventive healthcare measures and promoting general pediatric well-being.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay current on vaccination protocols, pediatric healthcare trends, and relevant medical advancements through continuous education and training.
- **Patient Advocacy**: Advocate for the best interests and well-being of pediatric patients, ensuring their safety and comfort during healthcare procedures..
