As a Quality Executive at [Your Company Name], you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet and exceed industry standards for quality, safety, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve our quality management systems, processes, and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and update quality control procedures and work instructions to improve product quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- **Quality Control**:

- Perform routine quality checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Utilize quality control tools and techniques to analyze data and identify trends or deviations from quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- **Supplier Quality Management**:

- Collaborate with procurement and supplier management teams to evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality performance criteria.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Work with suppliers to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality processes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Generate quality reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and trends.
- Communicate quality-related information to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in quality management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. (preferred)
- Previous experience in quality assurance/control roles within the paint or coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the paint industry (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
