**Job Title**: Machine Operator - Plastic Injection Molding

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Machine Operator to join our team at Welpe Plastics Private Limited, a startup company in the plastic injection molding industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our plastic injection molding machines, while ensuring that quality standards are met and production goals are achieved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines
- Setting up and adjusting machines, tools, and equipment
- Following standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions
- Conducting regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspecting and testing finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Keeping accurate production records and reporting production data to management
- Collaborating with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, and quality control
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating plastic injection molding machines
- Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve problems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work in different shifts
