**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on WordPress and Shopify.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects.
- Assess employees/ students current knowledge and customize training programs to meet their needs.
- Provide practical examples and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, projects, and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in WordPress and Shopify.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to employees/ students as needed.
- Collaborate with the Training & Development team to continuously improve training materials and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in WordPress and Shopify development.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom development.
- Proficiency in Shopify Liquid templating language, Shopify app development, and theme customization.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them easily understandable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Relevant certifications in WordPress and Shopify are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with SEO best practices for WordPress and Shopify.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience in developing eCommerce websites.
- Ability to create and manage online courses using Learning Management Systems (LMS).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
