We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Drone Instructor to join our team. **Qualifications: B.Tech in Electronics or Aeronautical engineering**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct drone training sessions for individuals and groups, focusing on the nano, small & medium category of drones.
- Deliver comprehensive theoretical and practical lessons to students, covering topics such as flight principles, regulations, safety protocols, and operational techniques.
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience for students.
- Provide guidance and support to students during hands-on flight training sessions, ensuring their safety and compliance with regulations.
- Assess student progress through practical assessments and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in drone technology, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
- Collaborate with company, other instructors and staff members to create a cohesive and efficient learning environment.
- Uphold our organization's commitment to providing excellent instruction while maintaining a focus on the instructor's specific training expertise as per the instructions of our organizations.
- Willingness to travel.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
