**About the Role**:
Work Location: Vadodara,Gujarat.

Reporting to: R&D Manager (Vadodara)

Work cross functionally to drive product innovation, cost savings initiatives and product improvement.

**Key responsibilities**:

- With the guidance of the lab manager, lead our technical efforts from a technical development and manufacturing support perspective to develop our coatings and excipients capabilities in Vadodara.
- Works with Supply Chain and others in Vadodara to ensure new products are commercialized effectively.
- Ensure lab equipment is in good working order and fit for purpose.
- Support the sales team when assistance with technical support is needed.
- Assist with production issues and procurement of new raw materials as necessary to support our film coating business.
- Color matching support for production and sample requests from customers.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- BS/MS in Sciences or Engineering
- 2-3 Years of related experience
- Applicable film coating, Colour matching and excipients experience.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams at multi levels within the organization.
- Languages: English (preferable).
