**Job Summary**: The Spot Bidding Executive for Vehicle Placement is responsible for managing and executing spot bidding processes related to the placement of vehicles within the logistics network. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to secure optimal rates and arrangements for vehicle placements, ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.

**Job Location** - **Unnao, Kanpur (Onside)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Spot Bidding Management**:

- Oversee the spot bidding process for vehicle placements, including identifying opportunities, negotiating rates, and finalizing agreements.
- Coordinate with logistics and fleet management teams to align spot bidding activities with operational requirements and strategic goals.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze historical data and market trends to make informed decisions and develop effective bidding strategies for vehicle placements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on spot bidding outcomes, including cost savings, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvements.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure that vehicle placements align with operational needs and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and track the performance of vehicle placements to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Vehicle tracking and fulfilling all requirements of customers and Monitoring.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, with a focus on spot bidding or vehicle placement.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and fleet management tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
