The teams will be an integral part of AGCO's global ecosystem. They will work as part of a global cross-function and cross-cultural team, working together to deliver AGCO's purpose to provide Farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world and our vision to be the Trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions.**Who We Are Looking For**:
The CM2 admin is responsible for organizing the CRB (Change Implementation Board) and the CIB (Change Implementation Board) meetings for several global AGCO’s product lines. This is a global role that requires some flexibility with work hours to adjust to different time zones. We offer a hybrid work model, and some international travel may be required.

**What You Will Do**:
**Job Function and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for governing a close loop change process for global products.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining Change Process documentation for AGCO product change process.
- Invite to CRB and CIB Meetings
- Prepare agendas for CRB and CIB Meetings
- Collect all required documentation for a pending CR approval
- Record and document outcome of CRB and CIB meetings

**FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE**
- Detailed knowledge of the following:

- CM2 methodology as outlined by the Institute of Process Excellence, or comparable skill set
- PLM (PTC Windchill preferred)
- Good working knowledge of the following:

- Day-to-day operational environment locally, regionally cross-functionally, and globally
- Project Management tools, techniques, processes, and methodologies

**BUSINESS EXPERTISE**
- Discreet Manufacturing experience is preferred plus.
- Global company experience is a plus.
- Cross-functional project experience is a plus.
- Configuration management skills are a strong plus.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Fluent in English.
- CM2-C certification, CM2-P is a plus.
