**SPA Group - Marketing Executive**

SPA Group is a debt free, financially sound, sustainable, and futuristic business conglomerate with a presence in real estate, liquid warehousing, agriculture marketing, energy storage, green technology, and horticulture. We are looking for a Facility Manager to manage two of our flagship residential communities - Frangipani Estates and SPA Ecocity.

Job Responsibilities
- Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
- Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
- Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
- Run social media channels
- Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Source and secure sponsorship
- Liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
- Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Work closely with and monitor the digital marketing agency
- Well versed with the CRM software’s and tools

Job Qualifications
- Masters/ Bachelors (BSc/BA) Degree in Marketing or Marketing Management/ Chartered institute of Marketing (CIM)/ The institute of Data and Marketing (IDM)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Marketing
- Understand Real estate market and trends
- Must be well-organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations
- Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi are a plus
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Excel and productivity software
- Keen understanding of vendor management, and customer service
- Comfortable with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts
- Experience building and managing a team or department within a start-up or entrepreneurial setting, particularly one with both proprietary and contract resources
- Self-starter who exhibits ownership of assigned tasks and who will push for solutions that solve immediate problems while building toward long-term goals
- Ability to effectively be flexible in approach, and respond well to pressure

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
