Designation: Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Mahim West
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for SEO.
- Monitor and improve website rankings on search engine results pages
(SERPs).
- Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics
and Google Search Console.
- Stay updated with SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay competitive.
2. Google Promotions
AdWords - Shopping / Display / Search Ads
- Plan and execute PPC - AdWords - Shopping, Display and Search Ads on
Google.
- Management of Remarketing campaigns.
- Making continual changes such as checking keywords ranking and
keywords addition / removal, Ad text performance, checking search traffic,
updating ad texts to ensure that important factors like CTR, CPC, CPL,
relevancy, and others are within the expected range as per our
requirements.
- Landing page optimization, Competitor analysis.
- Creating daily, weekly, monthly reports by tracking the performance via
Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business manager.
3.Social Media Marketing.
- Manage Social Media Campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Social media Accounts / Pages Creation, optimization for their entities.
- Setting up and optimizing social media channels for the Website, e-store,
Blogs & Portals.
- Track performance of the campaigns using online tools like Google
Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other research tools regularly and make
necessary changes.
- Content creation for Social Posts, Webinars.
- Designing Newsletters, WhatsApp Posts for Broadcasts on Social Media as
Well as
WhatsApp in Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, Video Editing, PPT,
etc.
Also Designing corporate branding essentials (Banners, Flyers, Brochures,
signage, etc.) for print as well as online media. (Image / Gif / Video
- Planning and strategizing social media calendars and campaigns.
4.Trade Portals Marketing - India Mart / Trade India.
- Oversee the operation of the Company’s Listings in Trade Portals like India
mart, Trade India, etc. ensuring its functionality and user-friendliness.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and images on the portal.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages from the trade
portal.
- Promote products and services through the trade portal to attract potential
buyers.
- Maintain and update the portal's content and product catalog.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze website and advertising performance using tools like
Google Analytics and data from ad platforms.
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as website
traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on ad spend
(ROAS).
6. Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure that all digital marketing efforts, advertising campaigns, and trade
portal activities comply with relevant advertising and e-commerce
regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and
digital marketing.
7. Site analysis: Complete technical report of the website which includes
Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Instagram etc. to complete plan of action
to be performed to achieve rankings and traffic.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications.
1. Graduates from BMS / BBA with Minimum 3-5 years of relevant
experience.
2. Experience using CRM systems Preferable.
3. Good verbal and written communications skills and Analytical Skills.
4. Good in Written and Spoken English.
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
6. Ability to work with Cross-Functional Teams
