Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Project Coordination**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Facilitate communication between design teams, clients, and contractors.
- Organize and lead project meetings, preparing agendas and distributing meeting minutes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and design specifications.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for management and clients.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and design proposals.
- **Resource Management**:
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, furnishings, and other project resources.
- Ensure that all project resources are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- **Quality Control**:
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve them.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- **Support to Design Team**:
- Assist designers in the development of design concepts and presentations.
- Conduct research on materials, products, and design trends.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
