Opd in Charge

To meet and greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner& resolve their queries with respect to Doctors OPD timing & specialization/ Consultant visits/admission queries etc.
- Providing support and guidance to patients during their visit in hospital.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained about each patient’s progress in treatment, including details about sessions with counselors and therapists and any additional services provided to patients by the facility by the coordinators supporting doctors.
- Coordinating with OPD/Front reception/ Casualty for Doctors schedule & day to day changes in OPD.
- Coordination with the Doctors & Front Reception for day to day updates about OPD.
- Checking data of casualty.
- Analysis of LAMA cases.
- Taking round in ICU to check the patient care is done properly.
- Analysis on the TAT of admission from casualty.

Skills Required : - Must have excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Should be compassionate and patient-focused, as well as comfortable with using medical terminology.
- Should be a good listener.
- Must have excellent patients handling skills.
- Strong leadership & managerial skills.
- Ability to communicate with patients politely & their attendants for the correct information.
- Ability to plan and build strong network & to have the ability to work across departments to provide excellent patient experience.
- Should be able to give training to the staff for the smooth functioning of the hospital.
- Should have knowledge of healthcare operations and quality parameters with respect to the patient care.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
