**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**: Identify and target potential clients and market segments to expand the company's hardware sales.
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
**Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
**Solution Selling**: Understand client needs and offer customized hardware solutions that align with their business goals.
**Sales Presentations**: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our hardware products and services.
**Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
**Market Research**: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights to the sales management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven track record in hardware sales or a related sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technology trends.
