We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller. As an AR Caller, you will play a critical role in maximizing insurance payments for our providers by effectively communicating with insurance companies. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will contribute to the financial success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Insurance Follow-Up: Contact insurance companies via phone calls or other means to follow up on outstanding claims and payment denials. Resolve any billing or coding-related issues to ensure maximum reimbursement for our providers.

Payment Collection: Record and track payment details accurately, ensuring that all payments are received within the designated timeframes. Provide updates to providers and internal teams on payment statuses.

Denial Management: Investigate and resolve claim denials by coordinating with insurance representatives. Identify the root causes of denials and take appropriate actions to reprocess claims and secure payment.

Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility for patients. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is obtained from insurance companies to facilitate successful claims submission.

Appeals and Resubmissions: Prepare and submit appeals and resubmissions for denied claims, ensuring all necessary documentation and supporting information are provided to insurance companies.

Billing Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to insurance company inquiries regarding claims and payments. Provide any required documentation or clarification to facilitate claim processing.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance communications, claim activities, and payment follow-ups. Generate reports on claim statuses, denials, and collection performance as required.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, billing guidelines, and company policies. Stay updated on industry changes and communicate updates to the team as necessary.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to insurance company representatives, maintaining a professional and courteous approach during all interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an AR Caller or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting, interacting with insurance companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively communicate with insurance company representatives and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and tracking payment information and claim statuses.
- Knowledge of insurance billing and reimbursement processes, including claim submission, denial management, and appeals.
- Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and insurance terminology. Experience with medical billing software and systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
