Executive Documentation

**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as contracts, agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.
Organize and maintain documentation in both physical and electronic formats, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
Liaise with sales team members and other departments to gather necessary information and documentation for sales transactions.
Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports as needed.
Input sales data into databases, generate reports, and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct quality checks on sales documentation to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales documentation in a timely and professional manner.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Interested in a sales or customer service environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of sales processes and terminology is preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
