**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator in a pharmaceuticals company plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient communication within the sales department. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**:

- Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure prompt delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor and track order status to provide updates to customers and the sales team.

**Customer Communication**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and address any issues or questions.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, including sales performance metrics and customer feedback.

**Inventory Management**:

- Collaborate with the inventory department to ensure adequate stock levels for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor product availability and inform the sales team of any potential shortages or delays.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
- Prepare and organize sales documents, contracts, and agreements.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support and facilitate seamless communication.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment in business operations.

**Event Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events, conferences, and product launches.
- Manage logistics for participation in industry trade shows and exhibitions.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact sales operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations is a plus.
