Graphic Designing Faculty

**Responsibilities**:
Teach and deliver lectures on graphic design principles, concepts, and techniques to students.

Develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials for graphic design courses.

Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and industry practices in graphic design, print and digital advertising.

Demonstrate proficiency in various graphic design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), CorelDRAW, and other relevant tools.

Instruct students on using graphic design software effectively and efficiently to create visually appealing designs.

Familiarize students with the process of designing for both print and digital media, including advertising campaigns, branding, layouts, and typography.

Teach students about the fundamentals of print production, including color management, prepress procedures, and file preparation.

Provide mentorship and guidance to students in developing their portfolios and preparing them for careers in graphic design.

Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall quality of the graphic design curriculum and ensure alignment with industry standards.

Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience working as a graphic designer or in a similar role.

Proficient in using industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), CorelDRAW, etc.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Knowledge of print production processes, including file preparation, color management, and prepress procedures.

Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, tools, and trends.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex design concepts to students.

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passionate about teaching and mentoring students, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
