**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for skilled and unskilled manpower positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with manpower hiring and bulk recruiting consultancies.
- Negotiate salaries and benefits within established budgets.
- Onboard new hires and provide job-specific training to ensure smooth integration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manpower recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in manpower recruitment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Marathi (required)
