**Skills**:

- Experience in relevant field.
- Exposure in Press Shop - Production.
- Hands-on experience in all kinds of Press Machines, Dies, Die Set Up, and Production Planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all activities of the Press Shop including production level, quality objective meetings, staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
- Overall management of Press Shop (100 Ton - 600 Ton presses).
- Production planning and scheduling.
- Ensure the requirement of personnel, planning, and deployment of manpower.
- Ensure product quality and process performance.
- Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mysore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
