Floor Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production personnel on the floor.

2. Ensure that the production process adheres to the company's safety regulations, quality standards, and production schedules.

3. Monitor the production process and identify any issues that may impact product quality and production efficiency.

4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

5. Train and develop the production personnel on the floor to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.

6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure that the production process is carried out in a safe and hygienic manner.

7. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the necessary raw materials and supplies are available to meet production demands.

8. Communicate effectively with the production team, management, and other departments to ensure that production goals are met.

**Requirements**:
1. ITI or Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.

2. Proven work experience as a floor incharge or supervisor.

3. In-depth knowledge of processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

4. Strong leadership and management skills.

5. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

8. Proficient in MS Office and production management software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
