Role Intro
- Automation QA Tester
- Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
- Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures.
- Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.
- Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
- Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
- Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
- Reviewing Quality Assurance reports
- Supports the product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
- Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market.
- Responding to requests from the design team and management.
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.

Desirables:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
- Experience in project management and QA methodology.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. q Test, Zephyr) and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Having knowledge in load testing/performance testing.
- Having work experience in Test Complete automation tool.

Requirement:

- 6-8 years of experience (4-5 years in Automation, over and above manual experience).
- Test Complete tool exposure required.
- Any Load testing tool exposure over and above would be preferred.
