Receptionist and Telecaller

Operator Job Description:Answer calls and route it to the appropriate department / salesperson
- Gather information regarding the queries and log it on a daily basis
- Maintain the sheet of all the incoming calls and clients’ data and inquiries and keep the record in the system
- Monitor the website’s inquiries and take the inquiry form from the web with the complete details to enter in the Sales Department chat group
- Enter the inquiries in the CRM and assign to each salesperson with proper queuing
- Track the leads from the website, webchat, and phone calls and make sure it is entered in the CRM
- Responsible for handling the webchat and collect the initial information of the client’s queries throughout the conversation
- Attend to every chat in the web to guarantee that proper communication and prompt response are being initiated to all the customers entering the website Key Skills:
- MultitaskerExcellent communication skills (voice and non-voice)Customer service skills
- Ability to keep calm and patient in stressful situations and irate calls
- Customer focused and detail oriented
- Prompt response with positive tone of voice
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
