**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders related to Material Handling Equipment.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service needs promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Collaborate with the inventory or logistics team to monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of MHE products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- **Sales Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, sales reports, and customer records.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and reports.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Develop a strong understanding of various Material Handling Equipment products and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Provide sales team members and customers with product information and training as needed.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends related to Material Handling Equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the Material Handling Equipment industry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Customer-oriented approach with good negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
