**Front Desk Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, students, parents, and staff with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Maintain and manage the school’s reception area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and functional.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for school administration and faculty.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including managing visitor logs and issuing visitor badges.
- Assist with the coordination of school events and meetings as required.
**Admission Counselor Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective families interested in enrolling their children at the school.
- Provide accurate information about the school’s programs, admission criteria, curriculum, and extra-curricular activities.
- Assist with the collection, review, and processing of admission documents, ensuring compliance with the school’s policies and deadlines.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, entrance exams, and school tours for prospective students.
- Maintain up-to-date records of applicants, tracking their progress through the admissions process.
- Prepare and send out acceptance letters and relevant school communication to new students and parents.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with student management software or admissions platforms is a plus.
- A strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive student information.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
