**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for **injection molding machines**.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the plastics and manufacturing sector.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities

**Lead Management**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and referrals.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess and categorize leads based on their potential to convert into sales.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update lead details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

**Product Promotion & Technical Consultation**
- Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the best injection molding machine solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits, features, and specifications of the machines.
- Work closely with the technical team to offer customized solutions based on customer needs.

**Attend Exhibitions & Industry Events**
- Represent the company at **trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences** to promote injection molding machines.
- Network with potential clients, industry experts, and business partners to generate leads.
- Demonstrate product features and provide technical explanations to visitors.

- **Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**: Previous experience in **selling injection molding machines** or similar industrial equipment.
- **Preferred**: Experience in the **plastics manufacturing industry** or capital equipment sales.
- Familiarity with plastic materials, molds, and production techniques.
- Proven track record of **meeting or exceeding sales targets**.
- Ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
- Strong **networking and relationship-building** skills.
- Ability to explain **technical specifications** and benefits of injection molding machines.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions.
- Experience in preparing **quotations, proposals, and sales contracts**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to deliver **technical presentations and product demonstrations**.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Ability to analyze market demand and develop sales strategies.
- Experience in using **CRM software** for lead tracking and sales reporting.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills to track sales performance.
- Ability to travel **frequently** for client visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Comfortable with field sales and on-site customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field**.
