**The person will be responsible for platform design and build alongwith running the Platform and continuously improving K8 solution. Any certification in Kubernetes is a plus point to this role.**
- Platform Design and Build

o Implementing solutions following Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), GitOps, and Configuration-as-Code (CaC) principles to design and build scalable K8s solutions.

o Adding capabilities to K8 clusters using open source add-on ecosystem.

o Implement GitOps automation for K8 lifecycle.

o Refactoring AWS implementation of the K8s platform solution to work on VMware, Azure, and Multiple DoD Classification levels.

o Improving the automation and feature set of the current solution.

o Modifying and developing new CI/CD pipelines to support a wide variety of software languages and software product teams.
- Running the platform

o Working with software development product teams to troubleshoot different aspects of CI/CD pipelines or other developer's issues.
- Continuously improve K8 solution.

**GOOD TO HAVE**:

- CKA or CKAD certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with GitOps tools is a plus.
