- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Help resolve conflicts and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in evaluating team members' performance and offering constructive feedback.
- Ensure all team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to improve team efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
