**job Summary**: The Hotel Purchase Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a hotel's procurement process. Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory of goods and services essential for the hotel's day-to-day operations, this role demands a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. The Hotel Purchase Executive works closely with various departments within the hotel to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of quality products and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sourcing and Procurement: -**
- Identify potential suppliers and vendors for various goods and services required by the hotel, including but not limited to food and beverages, linens, toiletries, equipment, and furniture.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, negotiate contracts, and establish favourable terms and conditions.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and product availability.
- Stay Updated on Industry best Practices, regulations, and Market dynamics related to procurement

**2. Inventory Management: -**
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet operational demands.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, reduce carrying costs, and optimize storage space.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.

**3. Vendor Relationship Management**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure prompt delivery of high-quality goods and services.
- Address any issues or concerns related to quality, pricing, or delivery promptly and effectively.
- Negotiate favourable terms, discounts, and rebates to maximize cost savings for the hotel.

**4. Budgeting and Cost Control**
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop procurement budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor expenses, analyse variances, and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or service standards.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and recommend alternative suppliers or products when necessary.

**5. Compliances and Documentation**
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to procurement and purchasing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to procurement procedures and identify areas for improvement.

**6. Cross Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff, housekeeping team, maintenance crew, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of procurement activities.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues regarding procurement-related matters

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Mandatory Experience**

2+ Years of experience in a similar role in a 3* to 5* hotel / Serviced Apartment chain.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
