**Qualifications**:
- Graduation from an IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Familiarity with the MERN stack is an advantage.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- Competitive salary in the range of INR 60,000 - 80,000 per month.
