Job Description: Driver cum E-commerce Order Packing & Fulfillment Associate

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a versatile individual to take on the role of a Driver cum E-commerce Order Packing & Fulfillment Associate. This position encompasses safe driving, efficient order fulfillment, and accurate product packing within an e-commerce environment. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer-centric focus.

**Responsibilities**:
**1). Order Fulfillment**:
a). Receive and process incoming customer orders through various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and other channels).

b). Verify order details, confirm product availability, and ensure pricing accuracy.

c). Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are safeguarded during transit.

d). Accurately label packages with shipping information and tracking details.

**2). Inventory Management**:
a). Maintain precise stock counts.

b). Assist in monitoring inventory levels to ensure products are always available for fulfillment.

c). Initiate reorders for products that are running low on stock.

**3). Order Packing**:
a). Ensure timely and accurate packing of orders for shipment.

b). Perform meticulous quality checks on packed orders to meet company standards.

**4). Driving Responsibilities**:
a). Safely maintain the company vehicle.

b). Occasional travel may be required for external purposes.

c). Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.

**5). Customer Interaction**:
a). Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and provide tracking information during deliveries.

b). Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

**6). Returns and Exchanges**:
a). Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.

**7). Documentation & MIS/Reporting**:
a). Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of order and delivery information.

b). Generate and retain delivery receipts and records.

**7). Additional Responsibilities**:
a). Work effectively under pressure to meet delivery deadlines.

b). Employ problem-solving skills to address delivery challenges and customer queries.

c). Manage bulk shipments from transporters.

d). Physically capable of loading and unloading packages of various sizes and weights.

e). Fulfill any other tasks as required.

**8). Qualifications/Requisite**:
a). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

b). High school diploma or equivalent.

c). Experience in order fulfillment and packing within an e-commerce or retail environment is advantageous.

d). Familiarity with GPS navigation and route optimization tools.

e). Effective communication skills for customer interactions.

f). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

g). Ability to manage bulk shipments and solve logístical challenges.

h). Physical ability to load and unload packages.

i) Problem-solving skills to address delivery issues and customer concerns.

**Additional Information**:

- This role involves a combination of driving, E-commerce Order Packing & Fulfillment activities.
