**Job Summary**:
As a Delivery Coordinator at Neltas, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful coordination of our educational products and services, ensuring that materials are delivered efficiently and on time to our students and educational partners and vice versa. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that our clients expect, from managing scheduling and logistics to troubleshooting any delivery challenges. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of our educational offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Coordinate Deliveries**: Oversee and manage the timely and efficient delivery of educational materials

**Customer Interaction**: Communicate directly with students, teachers, and educational institutions to confirm delivery details, schedule sessions, and address any queries or issues.

**Route and Resource Optimization**: Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure that the required resources (e.g., study materials, access to platforms, etc.) are allocated efficiently for delivery.

**Tracking & Reporting**: Maintain up-to-date tracking systems for all deliveries, ensuring accurate and real-time reporting for internal teams and clients.

**Problem Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to delivery delays, damaged materials, or coordinating with relevant departments to implement solutions.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor the stock of study materials, and ensure availability for delivery, while collaborating with the inventory and procurement teams to maintain stock levels.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure all deliveries meet Neltas' high-quality standards, including proper packaging, accurate content, and adherence to delivery timelines.

**Feedback Collection**: Collect feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve the delivery process and service quality.

**Key Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a delivery coordination, logistics, or operations role, preferably within an education or services-focused company.

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage unexpected situations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with delivery management software.

Knowledge of logistics, educational service delivery, and best practices in the industry.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the education, EdTech industry or Logistic

Knowledge of inventory management tools and best practices.
