- Monitor and review clients' financial plans regularly to ensure they remain aligned with their goals and adjust strategies as needed.
- Offer guidance on retirement planning, including advising on retirement savings accounts, pension plans, and Social Security benefits.
- Advise clients on tax-efficient investment strategies and potential tax implications of their financial decisions.
- Analyze insurance needs and recommend appropriate products such as life insurance, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance.
- Assist clients with estate planning, including wills, trusts, and beneficiary designations.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' financial situations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) preferred.
- Proven experience in financial planning, investment management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of financial planning software and tools.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the financial industry.
