**Site Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Projects monitoring to ensure quality construction in budget (Time & Cost).
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance, Billing, material balancing, advance planning to avoid any firefighting, hurdles in work progress.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

**Site Supervisor Requirements**:

- Diploma /Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working (Min 1 to 2 Years) as a site supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.( Auto cad Drawing / Cantor/Time line charts )
- Working knowledge of Computer system, Total station, Theodolite.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Nashik area local person preferred having good speaking Marathi, Hindi &English

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nashik - 422113, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
