Job Description: Payroll Operations

Location: IDA Bollaram Plant

Should be from core Staffing with experience in Payroll operations with minimum 7 years of experience

Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that all India payroll entities are processed accurately and timely, through effective management with HRMS.
- Responsible for ensuring tax and EPF, ESCI, PT etc contributions are paid according to statutory requirements and timelines.
- Preparation and submission of monthly submission of monthly statutory challans asper timelines.
- Validation of new hires Master data on weekly basis and Enrolment of New Hires in ESI/PF and others.
- Partnership with HR team for payroll related on-boarding docs to run the payroll on time.
- Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
- Managing HR operation through HRMS viz. Positions, Recruitment & On boarding, Policies, Grading, CTC administration, Joining & Retirement & smooth processing full & final process.
- Ensure to resolve all PF related grievances like PF transfer/PF withdrawal.
- Ensure monthly payroll provisions to Finance Department.
- Processing of final settlement payments for exit employees
- Manage various Payroll Audits Internal & External Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax audit etc
- Proficiency in HRMS like KEKA, GREYTHR etc ( mandatory ) and MS excel
- Ideally 7+ years of experience working on Payroll/Compliance/Benefits products in fast growing teams
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge in Payroll processing, Accounting, compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:
