WAITER/STEAWARD

A steward assists in keeping a restaurant, bar, or lounge clean and sanitary, assists in cleaning dishes and tends to customers' needs. The steward may also perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking reservations, and giving out basic information.

FRONT OFFICE

A Hotel Front Desk Agent is usually the first person who greets you when you walk into a hotel. Their key duties include **distributing room keys, registering guests and verifying reservations**. They are also tasked with helping guests with any questions or complaints.
