**SID Constructions** is looking for a **Foreman Civil** to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team
- The Civil Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

**Job roles & responsibilities**
- Manage and lead on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and, to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues or deviations from plans promptly to prevent delays and ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Plan and organize daily tasks, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and resource utilization. - Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, deficiencies, or deviations from specifications and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, site conditions, and manpower to track project status and facilitate reporting to management.
- Manage manpower reporting and billing processes for all construction sites.
- Oversee plot demarcation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Any graduate or postgraduate from a civil engineering background having 3+ experience working in a construction company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
