Training Officer

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conduct Company Inductions**: Onboard new employees by guiding them through the organization's culture, values, and policies.
- **Motivational Webinars & Presentations**: Organize and conduct webinars, motivational speeches, and workshops to engage employees and boost morale.
- **Development of Training Content**: Create training materials and presentations that are informative, engaging, and aligned with company objectives.
- **Training Delivery**: Deliver training sessions both in-person and online to ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary skills.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and performance. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- **Travel to Company Locations**: Visit various company stores and locations to conduct training sessions and gather feedback.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Evaluate training programs and provide recommendations for improvements based on employee feedback and performance outcomes.
**Required Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related areas).
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in training, development, or a similar role. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
