**Responsibilities**:
**1. Childcare and Supervision**:

- Provide attentive and caring supervision for children in the Creche/Kids Play Area.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, fostering their physical and cognitive development.

**2. Activity Planning**:

- Design and organize creative and educational activities suitable for different age groups.
- Plan a variety of playtime, storytelling, arts and crafts, and other engaging activities.
- Create a stimulating and enjoyable atmosphere for children.

**3. Communication with Parents**:

- Maintain open and transparent communication with parents or guardians.
- Share updates on children's activities, milestones, and any relevant information.

**4. First Aid and Emergency Response**:

- Be trained and prepared to respond to medical emergencies or incidents involving children.
- Implement emergency protocols and ensure the safety of all children in the Creche/Kids Play Area.

**5. Hygiene and Cleanliness**:

- Ensure a clean and well-maintained play environment.
- Supervise children during snack times and assist with basic hygiene routines.

**6. Behavioral Guidance**:

- Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies to encourage cooperation and good conduct.
- Address behavioral issues with empathy and effective communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or kids play area supervision.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
