Customer Assistant

**This position is only for GIRLS.**
The Customer Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, processing purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and offer solutions to their needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively. Help customers make informed purchasing decisions by providing product recommendations and details.
- **Sales Support**: Assist customers with product selection, upsell or cross-sell where appropriate, and encourage sales promotions or offers.
- **Order Processing**: Handle transactions at the point of sale (POS), process payments, and issue receipts. Ensure the accuracy of all transactions.
- **Returns & Exchanges**: Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and product warranty claims in compliance with company policies.
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the customer area tidy and well-organized. Restock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure products are in good condition.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and pass on valuable insights to management to help improve service quality and the customer experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with colleagues and supervisors to meet store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- **Promotions & Events**: Help in organizing and promoting in-store events, discounts, or sales activities.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in customer service or retail is a plus).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, is preferred but not always required.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating prices.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office software.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
