Responsibilities: Facility / Infrastructure Management (Gurgaon and Manesar Plants)ü
Ensuring smooth administration management including upkeep of security, housekeeping, equipment at corporateü
office and all plant locations; Internal liasioning with administration and plant managers at various locations for administration.ü
Liasioning with Government bodies like pollution control board, electricity department (DHBVN), shop andü
establishment department, municipal corporation, HSIIDC/HUDA etc. Reviewing contracts and agreements.ü
Knowledge of upkeep and maintenance of DG Sets and HVAC Plantü
Expectations: Excellent People Management skills, ability to interact with government staff, all levels;ü Knowledge of Occupational safety requirements;ü
Knowledge of Asset Management, Group Insurance Policies - GMC, GPAü
