Role & responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement corporate travel policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements for employees.

Coordinate all aspects of employee travel, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other accommodations.

Serve as the main point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and assistance for employees.

Liaise with department heads and managers to understand travel requirements and budget constraints for business trips.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel agencies, to secure competitive rates and discounts.

Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, budgets, and itineraries, and provide regular reports to management.

Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Coordinate travel logistics for company events, conferences, and meetings, including arranging group bookings and managing event budgets.

Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to streamline travel processes and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise, providing timely assistance and solutions to employees.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in corporate travel management, with at least years in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of travel industry practices, including booking systems, travel regulations, and supplier negotiations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to employees and stakeholders.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
