**Job Title**:Financial Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct in-depth financial assessments and gather relevant information from clients.

Develop personalized financial plans based on clients' short-term and long-term goals.

Recommend appropriate investment strategies, insurance products, and retirement plans.

Monitor and review clients' financial performance regularly to make necessary adjustments.

Stay informed about financial market trends, investment opportunities, and economic developments.

Educate clients on financial matters, including risk management and wealth accumulation.

Provide guidance on tax planning, estate planning, and other financial matters as needed.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating professionalism and trustworthiness.

Comply with all relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.

Continuously update knowledge through training and professional development.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).

Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or a related role in the financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning principles, and taxation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and communicate with clients.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial information.

Familiarity with financial software and tools for analysis and modeling.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

High ethical standards and a commitment to client confidentiality.

Any required licenses or certifications as per local regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
