**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Collaboration**:Collaborate with senior designers and merchandisers to understand design briefs, target audience, and market trends.
Assist in the creation of sketches, mood boards, and design concepts for various product categories.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance product aesthetics, functionality, and market appeal.

**Product Development**:Learn to translate design concepts into technical specifications, including materials, colors, and construction details.
Support in sourcing and selecting appropriate materials and trims for prototypes and final products.
Work closely with the design team to ensure the successful execution of product samples.

**Merchandising Coordination**:Assist in managing product assortments and maintaining merchandising calendars.
Help monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and product performance to inform future merchandising decisions.
Contribute to pricing strategies, ensuring products are competitively positioned in the market.

**Communication and Coordination**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sourcing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and timely delivery.
Assist in communicating design and merchandising concepts to internal teams and external partners.

**Market Research**:Participate in market research activities to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
Contribute insights and findings to influence design and merchandising strategies.

**Quality Assurance**:Learn to evaluate product samples for design accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
Assist in identifying and resolving any issues related to product design, materials, or construction.

**Learning and Development**:Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance design and merchandising skills.
Seek guidance from senior team members to develop a deep understanding of the design and merchandising processes.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
