Godown Master

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- **Stock Maintenance**:

- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet operational needs.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- **System Updates**:

- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) or ERP systems to update stock records.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Implement efficient warehouse layout and organization strategies.
- Streamline processes to improve productivity and reduce lead times.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products.
- Implement measures to prevent damage or loss of goods.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and train warehouse staff in proper inventory procedures.
- Motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Godown Master or Warehouse Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
