**About the Role**:As an Accounting and Taxation Trainer, you will play a key role in educating individuals and businesses about various accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting practices. Your expertise will contribute to the professional development of students, working professionals, and entrepreneurs seeking to enhance their financial acumen.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, and resources on accounting and taxation topics.

Conduct interactive and engaging online training sessions for individuals with varying levels of accounting knowledge.

Provide practical examples and case studies to illustrate accounting and taxation principles in real-world scenarios.

Offer guidance and support to learners, addressing their queries and challenges effectively.

Keep up-to-date with the latest accounting and taxation regulations, industry trends, and best practices.

Continuously evaluate and improve training content and delivery methodologies.

Collaborate with the training team to enhance the overall quality of the learning experience.

Manage training schedules, attendance records, and performance assessments of participants.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Taxation Specialist is preferred.
- Previous experience in teaching or training individuals in accounting and taxation concepts is a plus.
- Strong command of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and tax-related tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear manner.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage training schedules effectively.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
