Job Description:
**Accountabilities Scope of work**

**Blowing Machine System**

Should have basic knowledge of machine operation and should be able to take care of machine specific function such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machine.and optimizing the machine capability.

**Food Safety**

To maintain the GMP and GHK in blowing room and surroundings as per AIB guide line.

**Blowing Quality**

Should have basic knowledge to perform quality parameter testing before startup and in-between production.

**KPI’S**

Responsible for accounting of Preform received from store for blowing and maintaining the log book.

ensuring minimum rejection of blown bottles and preforms. Calculation of Preform yields.

**Spare Monitoring**

To ensure right spare at right time.

**Blowing Machine Maintenance**

Should be able to perform basic trouble shooting and routine maintenance of machine and auxiliary equipment’s.

**New Initiatives**

Should have the capability to optimizing the machine capability and oversee the maintenance.
- ITI with minimum 2 years of experience

**Salary**: ₹10,032.73 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Ahmednagar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
