Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, traffic, and lead generation. You will be responsible for managing various digital marketing channels and campaigns to effectively promote our products/services and enhance our brand presence in the digital space.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Conduct keyword research, perform SEO audits, and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.

Manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant platforms, engaging with followers, and fostering a sense of community.

Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's digital marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and effective.

Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, responding to customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and demonstrable results.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices to improve organic search performance.

Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design skills for social media and online content.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

High level of creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Salary**: ₹9,945.51 - ₹25,334.54 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
